FAQ: Is my tutor profile public?

That is up to you. You can switch your profile on and off under the settings area.

If you choose to switch on your public profile

Your chances of getting jobs will increase as students can apply directly to you!

We take your privacy very seriously and we hide most of your information from the public even when your public profile is switched on.

Your public profile will have many items hidden. Items that are public are marked with (PUBLIC) inside your dashboard.

List of items in your profile that are public

• Your name
• Subjects you are tutoring
• Highest qualification
• Years of tutoring experience
• Tutoring fees
• Secondary School name (Results are hidden)
• JC (Results are hidden)
• Your University / Polytechnic
• Part of your location. (block, unit numbers are hidden)

List of items that are hidden to the public

These are solely for our coordinators to find tuition jobs for you.

• Full address
• Certifications and any other documents you upload
• Work experience
• JC / Sec results are hidden
• Contact number
• Email address
• NRIC & other registration numbers

Verify your information that appears on your public profile by clicking on “Public Profile” tab at the top right.
